Pursuant to the provisions of the Additional Provision contained in the Tax Ordinance Rate for Provision of Services linked to the Integral Water Cycle, published in the Official Bulletin of the Province of Granada No. 227, dated December 31, 2016, the rates shown were automatically updated for the 2017 fiscal year by 0.7%, this percentage corresponding to the Consumer Price Index for the month of November 2016, published by the National Statistics Institute.
To this end, and pursuant to the provisions of article 17.4 of Royal Legislative Decree 2/20004, of March 5, which approves the Consolidated Text of the regulatory Law governing Local Finance, which orders publication of the full text of the resulting tariffs, applicable as of January 1, 2017, in the Official Bulletin of the Province of Granada.
